Sometimes, when you are four years old, you just gotta run. Doesn't matter where, inside or outside, or when, morning or evening or immediately after eating a meal, or if you feel like a kid or a runner or a superhero, your legs just gotta move.

Sometimes, when you are four years old, it makes sense to wear swim goggles while eating cashews. Especially if you went swimming within the past hour and are now STARVING.

Sometimes, when you are four years old, you need to wear your ski goggles with Uncle Charlie. While sitting on the couch at grandma and grandpa's house. On a non-ski day. Not sure who had the idea first, but it was a good one.

Sometimes, when you are four years old, orange juice needs to travel through a straw in loops around your eyes and around your head before reaching your mouth. Tastes better that way, and it makes mom giggle.

Sometimes, when you are four years old, you need to cuddle close to your family cat, even if she isn't sure she's ready to get to know the kid yet.

Sometimes, when you are four years old, the pool table is the best place to work on a giant Star Wars star destroyer lego set. Then sitting on the pool table becomes automatic, regardless of what mom thinks. Hopefully Grandma Janice and Grandpa Mike didn't mind!
